Within the scope of the Where Is the Support System? (DSN) Project, our Monitoring & Evaluation Report on the support services we provided via phone and email throughout 2025 is now available.
Prepared by an independent researcher, the report examines 61 applications received between March 1 and December 5, 2025—during the limited days our hotline operated—and aims to shed light on how the support process affected survivors.
This research shows that our support mechanism is not merely a “referral line,” but functions as a space of contact that is:
- safe,
- rights-based,
- empowering.
The report looks at how survivors’ knowledge of their rights and support pathways changed; how their ability to name and make sense of what they experienced was strengthened; whether feelings of isolation decreased; and how their motivation to continue the process was affected.
And most importantly:
This report conveys—through survivors’ own words and experiences—how the support process resonated in their lives.
